Hero Paws is a nationwide registered charity supporting working dogs from all licensed forces sectors—Military, Police, HMPS, Security, Conservation, and search and rescue
We support the forces and help dogs transition from a working environment to retirement. whether they’ve failed to meet the training standards, or can no longer maintain the standards required for the forces, or have completed service. Our mission is to bridge the gap from working life to home life, offering support through rehoming, care, and ongoing guidance to ensure these dogs enjoy the retirement they deserve.
Long-term, we aim to establish a non-hostile, non-kennelled retirement and welfare retreat where ex-service dogs can rest, recover, and transition into their perfect forever home— unbiased with no time restrictions.

    Royal Anglian Regiment Family Day
    We were honoured to be invited to the Royal Anglian Regiment’s Family Day, and truly humbled by the warm welcome we received. The Hero Paws team had an incredible day, surrounded by genuine support and kindness from everyone there.

    A massive thank you to all involved, and a special moment for us as our Hero Paws truck, Nell, made her debut event appearance. She couldn’t have picked a better crowd.
