Foraging Caterpillar & Mini Pouches Bundle

Hero Paws would like to introduce an British Made product from two of our amazing supporters and fundraisers. Peaks for Paws AKA Suzie & Sara. Combine the Foraging Caterpillar with three mini pouches to create a versatile range of enrichment activities for your dog (or cat) of any age. They are made in Britain by Peaks For Paws Suzie from soft, easy care, machine-washable fleece. Our video shows Flossie using the caterpillar for the first time. Being a bit of a princess, she’s not that fussed about trying too hard. You will see how we encourage her to search and be more robust with pulling the pouches out of the caterpillar to find bonus, hidden sweeties. The Caterpillar has 12 individual pockets and measures 154cm long by 30cm wide. You can fill it with treats or toys and fold or roll it up, even knot it for the High Assurance Search Dog in your house. Pop some treats or a ballie into the mini pouches and stick them into a caterpillar pocket, then roll up the caterpillar. If, like Flossie, your dog is more laid back about searching toooo hard, you can make the game much easier. Just spend time at first helping your dog to understand the game and not chew the product. The mini pouches measure approx 22cm x 20cm and can be used separately in a cage, back of the car or to help settle your doggo at the pub or cafe. Both the caterpillar and pouches are easy to machine wash but don’t be tempted to iron them!
