We were absolutely floored when TES MacDonald, one of our long-time supporters and a powerhouse in engineering services, unveiled this magnificent girl. The craftsmanship, the detail, the sheer heart that went into her design left us speechless. This wasn’t just a show of support—it was a statement. A tribute. A reminder of what’s possible when passion and purpose come together. To say we were blown away would be an understatement.
Click the button below to give you a small window into what went into her creation.
TES MacDonald is a proudly family-owned and operated business, specialising in LGV Trailer Engineering Services. But what truly sets them apart is the heart behind the hardware. Alongside others who shared the same vision, they poured their skill, passion, and dedication into bringing Nell’s creation to life. This wasn’t just another project on the books—it was a labour of love. Every detail, every weld, every design choice speaks to the pride and care they invested. What they built goes far beyond engineering—it’s a lasting tribute to service, strength, and the spirit of those we honour.

Kieron Hawkes - Founder HAWK K9
Having spent 14 years as a military dog trainer, handling and training dogs in some of the most remote locations in the world. I was a trainer with the canine training team within 22 Special Air Service (SAS), widely renowned as the best tier-one Special Forces unit globally, and home to one of the finest canine training teams. Unfortunately, I started suffering from mental health issues and have since been medically discharged. Like many soldiers facing the end of their military careers, I was uncertain about my future. However, my deep love for dogs and my extensive experience in training them led me to a new path.
I am now dedicated to supplying equipment to dogs and their owners or handlers, while sharing my knowledge and experiences from my military service with the broader dog-loving community.

Peaks For Paws' is Pat and his ex-service dog GSD, Kane, who are heading out on the ultimate dog walk for Hero Paws. Hero Paws is a registered charity that supports all services, working dogs. Some are unable to complete training where others have given many years of service, either way, they need to be re-homed and not put to sleep. Hero Paws' big goal is to set up a purpose built complex where these 4 pawed heroes can be rehabilitated and prepared for re-homing. It's going to cost them £300,000!! Currently, every penny which comes into the charity is spent on maintaining and re-homing the dogs; there isn't much left in the doggy bank at the end of the month. What's the challenge? Pat will be walking the Three Welsh Peaks non-stop, starting at Pen y Fan, then Cadair Idris and finishing with Snowdon. However, unlike the usual Three Welsh Peak challenge, Pat will be walking every step of the way and not catching a bus between the peaks! He'll stop for a quick snooze half way and be walking through the night, possibly 2 nights. Kane, unfortunately has a debilitating condition called Hip Dysplasia. Therefore, he will be accompanying his Dad for the 3 peaks and not walking in between. He's been in training for the last year, building up his hind muscles and his fitness and his wonderful therapists think that he is good to go this distance. Learn more about Hero Paws, Kane and Pat on our page but MOST importantly please: + SPONSOR them via the link on the page + SHARE our page and posts with your friends and + KEEP IN TOUCH with us here and on Instagram, cheering Pat and Kane along. We look forward to having you on our journey. Much woofs, licks and thanks ... The Peaks For Paws support team xxx
